Telsons plumber Luke yesterday resolved a long-standing issue with loud, and quite scary, pipe hammering despite a different, and recommended, plumber attending a couple of times but who failed a correct diagnosis. Not only did Luke find the cause of the hammering quickly a number additional minor issues were remedied at the same time. I can only go by my own experience and on that basis I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Telsons' plumber (Luke) and have already passed on the details to one friend! The work was carried out very efficiently, my carpets were covered so I was left with no clearing up! More importantly I was saved a lot of expense because the anticipated pump replacement turned out not to be needed because the fault was diagnosed correctly. Trial and error was not needed. I was very pleased and relieved with the outcome and even pleasantly surprised when I was invoiced - now that was a first for a long time! Can't say better than that!
